Gender Equality

Gender equality and projects focusing on gender issues

Our team is committed to contribute to and strengthen the dialogue and debate in society on gender issues. To reach equal chances of both genders we focus on projects in mainly five areas:

  • The identification and promotion of good practices to reduce gender stereotypes and overcome obstacles to gender equality on local, regional and national level
  • The implementation of measures to prevent gender violence and support victims
  • Research on best practice and solution in regards to gender based problems
  • Promotion and transfer of good practices leading to more equality in between both genders
  • Measures fostering employability and income, thus reducing the risk of poverty of women

This question is becoming more and more relevant with the increasing digitization of the professional world. Thus, this project aims on empowering girls and women in the period of transition from school/training to occupation in their professional decision making.

The existence of this kind of robot has major consequences for the position of women in society, whose sexuality has always been a taboo. It leads to

The objective of the Need to Connect (NTC) project is to fight loneliness, empower and connect young mothers, aged 18-30 years of age, through art training and build a sustainable national community platform in all partner countries. With the RE-START project, the partners aim to develop a very helpful online tool to support women – after staying at home – to re-enter the labour market. It shall help them gain motivation and self-confidence to do so, provide them support in orientation on the market in order to find a suitable job and to promote their skills to identify supporting networks and overcome structureal and social lacks of support.

Measures to promote employability and entrepreneurship

Unemployment rates have been rising, especially in Spain and for young people, since the crisis. With our projects we aim to improve education, motivation, creating solutions in order to make a contribution towards a lower unemployment rate. Even the consultancy itself was founded out of the idea to create new job opportunities in Andalusia by cooperating across Europe and internationally, transferring best practices from other countries to the area and providing our experiences and know-how to other countries.

However, our team has not only experience in employment consultancy for many years in different environments, but also in the field of creative idea development, business organisation and action planning, staff recruiting and HR management, equity development, budgeting and financing. Thus, we can support individuals and organisations in this field.

CareerBot partnership seeks to improve Digital Readiness of the Career Guidance sector by implementing CareerBot methodology and tool, facilitating blended guidance sessions and using customised Labour Market Intelligence LMI to empower marginalised job seekers. This innovative Erasmus+ KA2 project aims to support individuals in acquiring and developing basic digital skills, by providing them access to computers and digital training. The main goal of the project is to raise integration in the work field and society while promoting the need for sustainable reuse of digital equipment. This will be achieved through several workshops that will offer people guidance on how to access common digital tools and upgrade their digital knowledge by using open-source software and also by enhancing access to training and qualifications for all.
